All of our product categories are visible in the header of the site at all times, to select a subcategory, hover over the category you wish to view, and a drop down will appear, select your desired subcategory by clicking it.
Each department will then have sub-categories so you can find your product quicker.
Or enter a brief description in to the Search box at the top right hand corner of the page of the item you are looking for.
For example if you are looking to buy a candle, hover over HOME DÉCOR, then CANDLES & DIFFUSERS, choose CANDLES, the select from either SCENTED or UNSCENTED CANDLES.
Once you have found what you are looking for, click VIEW DETAILS to read more about the product, e.g.: measurements and specification, then you can click ADD TO CART
You can review your selected items in several ways. Use the VIEW CART icon in the top right corner of the page you can edit the quantities of your items here and you can remove items from your shopping bag.
Once you have decided what you would like to purchase, click on the ‘CHECK OUT’ button to review your shopping list, where you will then be asked to register an account or to checkout as a guest.

No you can simply click the CHECKOUT button to proceed. However by setting up an account it enables you to save your billing and delivery addresses for future visits, making checkout quicker next time.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to combine orders or add items to an existing order.
If you would like additional items to arrive in the same delivery as an existing order, you will need to place a new order for the additional items.
Payment is via PayPal or Stripe Only. Stripe Supports payment through most major debit card providers (MasterCard, Visa, American Express etc.)
The countries we are able to ship to can change, and are determined by the carriers we choose and the rules and regulations in force at any given time. We currently ship to 37 countries worldwide: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bermuda, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Russian Federation, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, South Korea, United States and the United Kingdom. We are only able to deliver to Post Office boxes in the following countries: Bahrain, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates.
Unfortunately, at this time you may only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items that require shipping to multiple locations, you will need to place separate orders for each address.
Our site operates in EURO currency only and all prices are shown in EURO.
All our product prices are in EURO, and include VAT.
If your destination is outside the EU, you are liable for all import duties, customs, and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; therefore payment will be required for customs to release your order. We recommend that you investigate potential charges before placing your order.
Your order will be delivered to you in unmarked protective wrapping.
Yes, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This is to ensure the safe arrival of your purchase. We will not authorise a parcel be delivered without a signature.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel an order placed at theelms.ie please return the confirmation email to us, stating your wish to cancel the order: online@theelms.ie or phone our Customer Services team on + 353 45 87 60 60
We are unable to cancel orders that have already been dispatched, and therefore request that you follow the return instructions included in the parcel.
Please be assured that your personal information is kept private and confidential and at no point will The Elms share this information with any third parties.
When you register at theelms.ie we will need to know your name, mailing address and email address. When processing your order online we require your billing address, shipping address, telephone number, credit card number and card expiration date.

GIFT CARDS
Yes. in the header please choose the category THE ELMS GIFT CARD and choose which denomination you wish to purchase and follow the instructions to the check out, there you can add a personal message if you wish.
No unfortunately Gift Cards are currently for in store redemption only.
Unfortunately, The Elms Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash or vouchers.
Yes, Gift Cards will expire within 12 months from the date of purchase.
There will be a receipt style slip inside your Gift Card envelope stating the balance on your card, alternatively please call us on + 353 45 87 60 60 stating your gift card number and we can check your balance.
