1. FREE CLICK & COLLECT
Click & Collect is a free service.
Can’t wait for delivery?
Simply make your purchase online and the item will be available for collection 2 working days (subject to stock levels) after the order is placed.
For collection within 24 hours, please email: online@theelms.ie
When collecting your order, you will need to present your order confirmation email (please print)
If somebody is collecting the order on your behalf, they will need to present the order confirmation email.
2. FREE STANDARD DELIVERY OVER €100*
Enjoy Free Standard Delivery within the Republic of Ireland when you spend over €100 online
Simply add your desired items to you shopping cart, once the total reaches €100 the delivery charge will be automatically removed from your order total
* Standard delivery relates to parcels up to 30kg.
* Excludes Furniture Items and bulk items such as BBQ’s
* Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
3. STANDARD DELIVERY TO IRELAND
- Small items will have a €5 charge for the total order up to a cumulative weight of 30kg.
- Medium items will have a €5 charge to per item.
- Large Items (>30kg) will have a charge of €50 per Item
Our standard delivery option will get your order to you within 2-4 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays).
Delivery must be to an address in the Republic Of Ireland or Northern Ireland, a mobile phone number must be provided.
4.FURNITURE DELIVERY
Furniture delivery includes rugs, furniture, mirrors, chandeliers, bbq’s; any large or bulk items.
Furniture orders will be delivered to you via a specialist service.
Once an order is placed we will be in to touch to arrange a suitable delivery date.
Furniture delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email of delivery prices and options.
5. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
UK:
Small items will have a €20 charge for the order up to a cumulative weight of 30kg.
Slightly larger parcel sized items (over 30kg) will have a €20 charge per Item
We aim to deliver UK orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and Irish Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Furniture delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email of delivery prices and options.
Europe:
Small items will have a €35 charge.
We aim to deliver European orders within 3-5 working days. Weekends and Irish Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Please note: These charges only include delivery; therefore non-EU customers will be responsible for import duties and local taxes.
Larger Items & Furniture Delivery prices are calculated at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email of delivery prices and options.
Rest of the World:
Small items will have a €40.00 charge
We aim to deliver Rest of World orders within 4-6 working days. Weekends and Irish Bank Holidays are not considered working days.
Please note: The Elms cannot deliver to any PO BOX addresses or to private addresses in China and Russia.

RETURNS
However, should you wish to return your purchases* we are happy to offer a full refund** within 7 days of purchase*** provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in a resalable condition****
We will issue the full refund to the card used when placing the order.
Please allow up to 10 working days for a full refund from the date we receive the goods.
Please note:
The cost of returning the goods and the safe return of goods is your responsibility until the order is received at our returns depot. We therefore suggest you return items using a recorded delivery service, and retain a proof of delivery for your records.
An exchange or store credit is given within 28 days of purchase*** provided there is a proof of purchase and it is in perfect saleable condition****
Goods without proof of purchase cannot be returned.
An exchange or credit note will be offered on sale items.
We are unable to offer a refund, exchange or credit note on certain products (for hygiene & safety reasons). See exclusions list below.

****Goods must be still in original packaging, unused, undamaged
Goods purchased online can be returned to the following address:
Online Returns Department, The Elms, Watch House Crossroads, Punchestown, Naas, Co. Kildare, Ireland.
Goods purchased in store can be returned in person to any of our till points or if you wish to send your item back please follow the same steps as outlined here for an online customer.

Please Note:
Deposits are strictly Non-Refundable; monies paid against goods on hold/account are non-refundable and non-transferable.
SALE RETURNS POLICY
Sale items or special purchases bought in the sale or at promotional events may only be returned for exchange or refund (by way of a shopping credit) if returned within their original condition**** with proof of purchase***, within 28 days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

FAULTY OR DAMAGED GOODS
In the rare event that goods are delivered faulty or damaged, please contact Customer Services on: +353 (0)45 876060 or email us: online@theelms.ieso we can arrange a repair, replacement or a refund. If the package you receive is damaged or opened upon delivery please do not accept the delivery and contact Customer Services immediately to arrange a replacement. We will bear the costs to collect the goods and issue a re-delivery.
